What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into a form, such as an email signup, a purchase, or an intake form.
• Health information you choose to share: for coaching and education services, you may share health history, symptoms, and lab results through an intake form or upload. You only share what you choose to.
• Purchase information: what you bought and when. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website usage: basic information collected automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and how you found us, through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To deliver what you signed up for or purchased, including course access, emails, and sessions
• To prepare for and run coaching and education sessions
• To send you emails you agreed to receive, including newsletters and offers
• To answer your questions and provide support
• To improve our website, content, and services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your health information

Health information and lab results you share are used only to prepare for and deliver the session or program you purchased. They are stored on a secure platform with access limited to Mangrove Wellness. Lab files are deleted 90 days after your session is complete, unless you enroll in a program that needs them.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and email platform, payment processor, and video call platform. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Emails and texts

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. If you gave us your phone number and agreed to texts, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing support@mangrovewellness.org. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
