Terms of Use

Coaching and education, not medical care

Everything we offer, including our website, emails, digital products, sessions, and programs, is health coaching and education. It is not medical care, and it is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your own healthcare provider. Using our services does not create a provider and patient relationship. Always talk with your own provider before making changes to your health, diet, exercise, medications, or supplements. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Results

Every body is different. Any examples, including our own story, are not a promise of your results. Your results depend on many things, including your health history and how you use what you learn.

Purchases and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and charged at checkout. Sale prices are available only during the stated sale dates. By completing a purchase, you confirm the payment information you provide is yours or that you're authorized to use it.

Refunds

• Digital products (such as The Real-Life Cook-Along): because you get immediate access, all sales are final.
• Make Sense of Your Labs: you can request a full refund before your labs have been gone through. Once preparation for your session has started, the session is non-refundable. Sessions must be booked and held within the stated booking window, or the session is forfeited.
• Programs (such as Take Root Mentorship): refund and payment terms are covered in your program agreement.

Sessions

Please arrive on time. If you need to reschedule, give at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice may be forfeited. Sessions may be recorded for your own use, and recordings are shared only with you.

Using our content

All videos, guides, recipe cards, and other materials are owned by Mangrove Wellness and are for your personal use only. Please don't share your login, resell, copy, or post our materials. You're welcome to share what you learned in your own words.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mangrove Wellness is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages that come from using our websites, products, or services. If we are ever found responsible, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
